We also recommend you look at “30 Days Fitness Challenge”. The interface offers animated diagrams showing you the right movements to do, equally didactic videos and different program depending on what you want to do: train the whole body or focus on a specific part.

Freeletics, a workout planner app for whose primary obsession, in addition to getting you fit, is not to disrupt your schedule.
